Biography
An Indonesian Citizen. 50 years old. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 2013. She started her career in the Company in 2001 as Laboratory Manager, then appointed as Manager in Quality Control Department in 2003, and become Department Head in 2010. The legal basis of her appointment as Director is the resolution of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) 2014 as stated in the Deed of Minutes of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Number 17 dated April 24, 2014. She has no affiliations with the members of the Board of Commissioners or the Board of Directors, nor with the Shareholders of the Company.
