Biography
A Japanese Citizen. 65 years old. Graduated from Meiji Gakuin University, Japan. He joined Mandom Corporation, Japan in 1977. Several senior posts include Director and Vice President Director of Mandom Corporation, Japan in 1984 and 1990 respectively. He currently serves as President Executive Officer of Mandom Corporation, Japan. The legal basis of his appointment as Commissioner is the resolution of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) 2000 as stated in the Deed of Minutes of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Number 27 dated May 9,2000. He has affiliation with the Company’s Controlling and Major Shareholder namely Mandom Corporation.
