Biography
An Indonesian Citizen. 56 years old. Graduated from Universitas Wiraswasta Indonesia, Jakarta. Joined the Company since 1986 in Bookkeeping Department. In 2006 to 2011 he was appointed as Director Not Affiliated, then in 2011 to 2015 he was appointed as Senior Managing Director – Independent. The legal basis of his appointment as Vice President Director is the resolution of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) 2017 as stated in the Deed of Minutes of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Number 15 dated April 20, 2017. He has no affiliations with the members of the Board of Commissioners or the Board of Directors, nor with the Shareholders of the Company.
