Biography

A Japanese Citizen. 52 years old. Graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration, Konan University, Japan. He started his career in Mandom Corporation, Japan since 1987. Previous senior posts in Mandom Group include Director in Mandom Taiwan Corporation in 1994. Also served as President Director in Mandom Corp. (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. and President Director in Mandom China Corporation in 2001 and 2008 respectively. Then served as Managing Executive Officer in Mandom Corporation, Japan. In 2017 he appointed as President Director/ CEO of the Company. The legal basis of his appointment as President Director/CEO is the resolution of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) 2017 as stated in the Deed of Minutes of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Number 15 dated April 20, 2017. He has affiliation with the Company’s Controlling and Major Shareholder namely Mandom Corporation.
