Biography

A Japanese Citizen. 51 years old. Has completed his studies at Osaka Institute of Technology, Japan. He started his career in Mandom Corporation, Japan since 1988 in Fukusaki Factory Division. First assigned to the Company by Mandom Corporation, Japan as Production Manager in 1991 to 1998. Then transferred back to Mandom Corporation, Japan joining the Group Company Product Development Division and several other divisions prior to be transferred back to the Company as Director in 2007-2011. He is currently assigned as Executive Officer and General Manager in Fukusaki Factory Mandom Corporation, Japan. In 2017 he appointed as Senior Managing Director of the Company. The legal basis of his appointment as Senior Managing Director is the resolution of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) 2017 as stated in the Deed of Minutes of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Number 15 dated April 20, 2017. He has affiliation with the Company’s Controlling and Major Shareholder namely Mandom Corporation.
