Biography
Dr. Dave Powell is a Board Certified Dermatologist licensed in both Texas and Louisiana. He is a 1993 graduate of the Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Powell served an Internship in Internal Medicine at the Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, Virginia, and a Dermatology Residency at Tulane University School of Medicine. Dr. Powell is a former Senior Flight Surgeon in the U.S. Navy. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the Harris County Medical Society.
