Biography
Mr. Maringan Purba Sibarani serves as Independent Commissioner of PT Petrosea Tbk since April 20, 2015. He served as Director of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. and as a Public Accountant at Prasetio Utomo Public Accounting Office (member of Arthur Andersen). He served as Head of the Department of Accounting of the Faculty of Economics at Trisakti University and until now, he is a Lecturer for the Accounting Programs at Trisakti University and Parahyangan University. In the past few years, he headed the Audit Committee of PT Indika Energy Tbk. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Indonesia with a major in Accountancy.
