Biography
Mr. Mochamad Kurnia Ariawan serves as Independent Director of PT Petrosea Tbk since April 21, 2017. He served as a Director from May 6, 2013 until April 21, 2017. He also served as Director of PT Tirta Kencana Cahaya Mandiri since October 2011 to March 2014. Previously, he was Senior Financial Controller of Petrosea from 2012 to 2013, Financial Controller of Petrosea from 2010 to 2012, Financial Controller of PT AstraZeneca Indonesia from 2008 to 2010 and served various managerial positions in PT Shell Indonesia and Shell Oil Company in USA from 1999 to 2008. He started his career as Assistant Audit Manager in Public Accountant Company Amir Abadi Jusuf & Aryanto from 1994 to 1997 and Senior Auditor of PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1997 to 1999. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from University of Indonesia in 1996, a Master’s Degree from IPMI Business School (IPMI International Business School) Jakarta in 2008 and is a Certified Management Accountant, AICMA Australia, in 2010. He was a Senior Lecturer at Economy Faculty of University of Indonesia (1995-2004).
