Director, Specialty Business Unit
Munish is the current Director for Specialty Business Unit in Lilly India. In his role, Munish is responsible for the Sales and Marketing strategies for all specialty business unit products that span across therapy areas like Oncology, Osteoporosis and Cardiology. With over 15 years of managing cross-functional & cross-cultural teams, organizational complexities & business uncertainties, he has been integral in the success of many marquee initiatives at Lilly. Munish has held diverse positions in marketing & sales at Lilly India covering Marketing, Sales Operations, Market Research, New Product Planning, & Sales. In his last assignment, as Brand Leader - Alliance Brands & Men’s Health for Asia Operations, he played a crucial role in managing alliance, and guiding affiliate teams on developing & implementing customer plans. He also brings in rich experience from his Business support role at MSD Pharmaceuticals, and Strategy & Business Development responsibility at Philips India. In his current role, his focus is to ensure that we achieve & maintain access to our medicines for people across the country. Munish is a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics from Kurukshetra University, and has completed his Post Graduation in Business Management from MDI, Gurgaon.
