Biography
Scientific English Translator at the Iran Fisheries Research Institute, 1990 – 1993, Academic Staff of the Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, Ongoing from 1994, Research Associate at the Geography Dept. UCSB, Santa Barbara, California,USA, April 2010 - August 2010. Research experience include Land Evaluation and Land Use Planning of the Golestan Province of Iran, Executor, Started 2012 and Ongoing. Attended and conducted several seminars, published scientific papers and contributed to books.
Research Interest
New Methods for Land Use Planning and Optimization, Change Detection and Modeling for Natural Resources Management and EIA, Application of AI, RS and GIS to Natural Resources Assessment, Ecosystem Services Mapping, Management and Conservation.
