Biography
Mahmood Modarres-Hashemi was born in Isfahan, Iran in 1966. He received the B.Sc. and the M.Sc. degree in electronics and communication engineering from Isfahan University of Technology, Isfahan, Iran, in 1989 and 1991, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran in 2000. Since 1991, he was affiliated with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Isfahan University of Technology.
