He is currently working as Associate professor of Marine Ecology & Fisheries at Isfahan University of Technology, Isfahan, Iran. He did Ph.D. in Marine Ecology from Aberdeen University, Aberdeen, UK. He did his MSc. in Ecology from Aberdeen University, Aberdeen, UK
