She is currently affiliated to the Department of Medical Parasitology and Mycology, School of Medicine, Isfahan University of Medical sciences. Isfahan, Iran. She did her MS,Parasitology from the Tarbiat Modarres University, School of Medicine, Tehran, Iran 1999-2001.
Research Interest
Parasitology and Mycology, DNA extraction in different methods (Phenol-Chloroform; salting out; kits) RNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, PCR primer design PCR; RT- PCR; PCR- RFLP and Real-Time PCR assays protein expression and purification in bacterial system, SDS-PAGE electrophoresis native electrophoresis, Blotting techniques, Laboratory animal handling knowledge of using spectrophotometer, pH meter, variety of centrifuges, PCR machine and other laboratory instruments, knowledge of bioinformatics and database analysis, Single Cell PCR, Molecular evaluation apoptosis activity, Operation of DNA sequencer instrument, Culturing of Leishmania in mono-phasic and bi-phasic media, Knowledge of Immunohistochemistry techniques.
