Biography
Hemen Rasheed Agha is working as a professor in department of Law in Cihan University Sulaimani. Master of Laws (LLM), the Criminal Law and Criminal Justice. I deliver lectures to groups of students and the use of educational technologies for developing the curriculum and the lectures.
Research Interest
My research interests lie primarily in the area of traditional study of, Criminal law and Criminal Justice. In particular, I am interested in researching in the field of Criminal Justice; as a government institutional and system practices aimed at supporting social control and deterring criminal behaviour, other interests include: history and theory of Criminal Law, International Criminal Justice, Social Justice, Postapartheid Jurisprudence in South Africa.
