Alan Doherty

Biography

Alan was appointed Chief Financial Officer and to the board of Actavo in January 2013. He joined Actavo from AIB Group where was Managing Director of AIB Corporate Finance. Prior to AIB Corporate Finance he was with Goodbody Stockbrokers and before that with Arthur Andersen. He has over 25 years’ experience working with both Irish and overseas companies on mergers and acquisitions, strategic direction, IPOs, disposals and fundraisings. Alan is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a first class honours degree in Commerce. Alan was appointed Chief Financial Officer and to the board of Actavo in January 2013.
