Biography
David was co-founder of Azur Pharma and served as its Chief Financial Officer. When Azur Pharma merged with Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc in 2012, David continued as Senior Vice President of Finance and Secretary until late 2012. Prior to his work at Azur, David served as President of Finance and Group Financial Controller of Élan Corporation, with responsibility for financial control, taxation, and treasury.
