Biography
Frank Bonadio is a Bioengineering graduate from the University of San Diego with over twenty years of experience across a range of surgical specialties including General Surgery, Cardiac Surgery, gynecology, Urology and Orthopaedics, He has worked in the corporate sector ( American Hospital Supplies, Endolase, Laser Surgery Software Inc, RSP laboratories) pioneering techniques in endometrial ablation for menorrhagia, hysteroscopic female sterilization, laser tissue welding, laser software development, and ultrasonic decalcification of cardiac valve replacement, among other projects. He was the manager of BioEngineering Research Centre, a joint post- graduate research and development centre at Trinity College Dublin, and Staff Researcher at the Salk Institute in San Diego, California. By Preference he has mostly worked in the SME sector.
