  Mr. A. Robert D. Bailey, also known as Bob, serves as President at ZELTIQ Aesthetics, Inc. Mr. Bailey has been the President of Vitae Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since October 25, 2016. Mr. Bailey has been President of Tobira Therapeutics, Inc. since November 1, 2016. Mr. Bailey has been the President of Kythera Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. since January 10, 2015. He serves as Secretary of Warner Chilcott Limited. Mr. Bailey has been Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Allergan plc since July 1, 2014 and has been its Executive Vice President since July 1, 2014. He served as the Chief Legal Officer, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Forest Laboratories, LLC. since November 11, 2013. He served as Corporate Vice President and General Counsel of Bausch & Lomb Incorporated since November 2007 and served as its Assistant Secretary. He served as an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Bausch & Lomb Holdings Incorporated from 2007 to 2013. He served as an Executive Vice President of Law, Policy and Communications at Bausch + Lomb from 2007 to 2013. He served as an Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Goulds Pumps Inc. from 1995 to 1997.

Mr. Bailey holds a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. degree from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota.
