Rami Daoud

Biography

Mr. Daoud joined Amarin in June 2013 and is responsible for corporate strategy and business development. He has over 20 years of experience across various functions including R&D, finance, strategy and corporate business development and has led numerous deals in his career. Prior to Amarin, Mr. Daoud was the head of business development at ACEA Biosciences covering its instrumentation and pharma divisions, both in the US and Asia. Prior to ACEA, he served as senior director of business development at Auxilium Pharmaceuticals from 2004 – 2011, where he was responsible for business development, strategy and alliance management, and during which he led all transactions signed by the company. Prior to Auxilium, he was employed by Eli Lilly and Company in its business development group.
