Judy Gawlik Brown

Biography

Judy Gawlik Brown has been Senior Vice President of Global Business Solutions & Finance at Amgen Inc. since April 27, 2017. Ms. Brown served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Business Operations at Perrigo Company Public Limited Company from July 1, 2006 to February 27, 2017 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Ms. Brown served as Vice President and Corporate Controller at Perrigo Company plc from September 2004 to July 2006 and also served as its Senior Vice President. Prior to Perrigo, she held progressive Finance, Global Product Development and Brand Marketing leadership positions in Italy and the U.S. for Whirlpool Corporation from 1998 to August 2004. She began her career in the Chicago office of Ernst & Young and then continued as an expatriate in Germany in Audit and Mergers & Acquisitions practices. She served as Finance Director of European operations at Whirlpool Corp. with responsibility for Financial Analysis and division SEC reporting.

Research Interest

She served at Ernst & Young from 1990 to 1998. She has been a Director of Belden Inc., since February 2008. She served as Director of Perrigo Company Limited until December 18, 2013 and Omega Pharma Invest NV from March 30, 2015 to July 22, 2016. She is a Certified Public Accountant with broad international, financial and operational experience. She received her MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is fluent in several languages.
