Biography
As Global Head of Marketing for Arrows Group Global, Ash is responsible for implementing the company’s brand framework and owning the global customer experience to drive brand value. Informally adopting the title of ‘Chief Customer Officer’, Ash envisions, architects and optimises the customer proposition and experience across all internal and external channels. He also leads the marketing for Arrows Group’s registered charity – the Arrows Group Foundation – helping tackle child poverty through employability, and was part of the team that climbed Mont Blanc in 2016 raising funds for the charity. Ash joined Arrows Group in 2014, bringing with him over a decade’s worth of experience from global workforce firms, including heading up Adecco UK & Ireland’s Brands and Insight division, and leading Volt’s European & Asian marketing operations.
