Biography
James’ main focus is to ensure the financial governance of Arrows Group Global, enabling the product innovation and international growth which forms the company’s strategic plan. James leads the development of Arrows Group’s global commercial framework, helping provide value-based solutions to all clients. He oversees the CareCon™ service, providing worker support, governance and HR services, and is also heavily involved in shaping technology solutions to deliver elegant, flexible and powerful capabilities which accelerate delivery. Prior to joining Arrows Group, James worked in a wide range of Finance Director roles at digital challenger brands, including a hospitality company, Leon Restaurants and TotalStay, a high growth international travel business. Helping to transform finance functions and to enable rapid growth, James understands what it takes to make a sustainable success out of fast-growth businesses.
