Biography

Ever since setting up Arrows Group Global back in 2003, James has put people at the heart of digital transformation. From starting the company out of a spare bedroom, James has led Arrows Group Global to international success as a leading digital workforce consultancy and solutions provider with operations that extend around the world. An early evangelist for digital transformation, James is a regular panellist and speaker on the opportunities and challenges this creates. James’s vision on businesses’ need for global skills mobility to create global digital capability has driven the international expansion of Arrows Group Global, as well as his message to other organisations. James’ central philosophy is built upon employee engagement and placing people at the heart of business growth and transformation for both Arrows Group Global and its customers. James enjoys working closely with colleagues and customers in designing innovative workforce solutions that enable businesses to build global digital teams.
