Biography
Since joining Arrows Group Global in 2014, Mike has been instrumental in transforming it into one of the fastest growing companies in Europe. Mike started out as a commissioned Army officer, before moving to top roles at international giants such as Logica (CGI). There, he forged global mobility plans for a digital workforce across 40 different geographies. His first-hand insight into the strengths of a globally mobile workforce inspired Mike to establish an Indian centre for Arrows Group, supporting clients with solutions that reach around the world. Mike spearheads new ways of working, keeping Arrows Group and clients on top of the latest digital trends. His vision for implementing organisational models which cultivate a digital focus, sees him pioneering concepts such as ‘Tribe’ working. Mike thrives on fostering a great company culture and is proud to be at the helm of a firm that boasts recognition as one of the Top 100 UK Companies to work for.
