Biography
Tom is responsible for helping Arrows Group’s clients maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of their talent acquisition strategies. He builds deep relationships by partnering with customers to analyse current workforce management programmes, and develop improved methodologies, technologies and processes. Over an 18 year career within the human capital management (HCM) space, Tom has proven his capabilities as a client-focused Operations and Business Development leader. He seeks to understand each client’s unique culture and business objectives, and is experienced at building and developing high performing teams to deliver on the promises we make. A natural collaborator and a big believer in values, ethics, developing others and hard work, Tom embodies all of Arrows Group’s core values.
