Mr. Adam Farber

Biography

Adam Farber is both the global leader of the Health Care practice and a core member of the Operations practice at The Boston Consulting Group. Since joining BCG in 1998, Adam's client work has focused mainly on the biopharma and medical technology sectors. He has acquired deep experience in supply chain management and manufacturing. In his work with clients, he has helped apply the principles of Lean not only to the manufacturing functions in biopharma and medtech, but also to the R&D functions in these sectors—and to hospitals and other provider organizations in health care. Adam has authored articles for the industry journal Pharmaceutical Executive, and he has contributed a chapter to the BCG book, Own the Future: 50 Ways to Win from The Boston Consulting Group.
