Biography
Sarwar Islam the global topic leader for biopharma generics and biosimilars within The Boston Consulting Group's Health Care practice. He is also a core member of BCG's Corporate Development, Operations, and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices. Since joining BCG in 2001, Sarwar’s work has centered on helping clients in the biopharmaceutical and generics industries on a broad range of strategy and operations topics across the life sciences value chain. Prior to joining BCG, Sarwar was a research scientist with Abbott Laboratories and a PhD candidate in molecular and cellular biology at Northwestern University.
