Biography
Torben Danger is the global leader for The Boston Consulting Group's medtech sector, which encompasses medical equipment, devices, consumables, and IT. He is also a core member of the firm’s Health Care practice. Since joining BCG in 2005, Torben has centered his client work on strategy, sales and marketing, integration, transformation, and operations projects in the medical technology industry. Through his assignments across many medical-technology segments and locations, Torben has developed a first-hand appreciation of how cost pressure, provider consolidation, and other trends such as digitalization have been affecting the industry.
