Ms. Ying Luo

Biography

 Ying Luo is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Health Care and Insurance practices. She leads the firm’s Greater China medical-technology sector and also BCG’s Greater China Corporate Development practice. Since joining BCG in 2003, Ying has served a large number of clients in various sectors, especially health care. Her clients include large multinational companies, Chinese state-owned companies, private companies, governments, and private-equity investment funds. Ying’s client engagements have covered a broad set of topics, including growth strategy, organization, operations, sales, and marketing. Before joining BCG, Ying worked as a consultant at another consulting firm, where she focused on sales and marketing topics for global pharmaceutical and medical-device companies. She also worked for several years as a finance manager at GE Healthcare in China.
