Daniel L. Comas

Biography

 Mr. Daniel L. Comas has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Danaher Corporation since April 2005. Mr. Comas leads the Corporate Development and Treasury teams, as well as assume broader responsibilities for legal services and risk management at Danaher. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development at Danaher Corp. from April 16, 2004 to April 2005 and served as its Vice President of Corporate Development and Head of Corporate Development from 1996 to April 2004. He joined Danaher in 1991 in the Corporate Development organization. Since 1996, he served as Vice President of Corporate Development, responsible for Danaher's merger and acquisition activities and in 1999 he was given additional responsibility for the Corporate Treasury function. Prior to Danaher, he served as a Financial Analyst with PaineWebber. He has been Director at Pall Corporation since August 31, 2015. He has been a Director of Sutron Corporation since July 27, 2015. He has been a Director of Beckman Coulter, Inc. since June 20, 2011; Tektronix, Inc. since November 15, 2007 and IRIS International Inc. since October 31, 2012. He served as a Director of Fortive Corp. until June 1, 2016. Mr. Comas served as a Director at Apex Tool Group, LLC. Mr. Comas received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Georgetown University and his MBA from Stanford University.
