R. S. Lutz

Biography

 Mr. Robert S. Lutz, also known as Bob, has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Danaher Corp. since February 2010. Mr. Lutz served as Vice President of Danaher Corp. from March 2003 to February 2010 and also served as its Vice President of Audit & Reporting since July 2002. Prior to joining Danaher Corp., he served in various positions at Arthur Andersen LLP from 1979 to 2002, was Partner from 1991 to July 2002. He has been a Director at Pall Corporation since August 31, 2015. He has been Director of Tektronix, Inc. since November 15, 2007, Beckman Coulter, Inc. since June 20, 2011 and IRIS International Inc., since October 31, 2012. He has been a Director of Sutron Corporation since July 27, 2015. Mr. Lutz holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Tulsa.
