Biography
Dr. Xiao-Ping Dai has close to 20 years of industry experience in Biologics Development at Regeneron, Medarex / BMS and Celgene. She has successfully developed processes and managed overall CMC development for > 30 molecules from preclinical through commercialization, including Opdivo and Yervoy.
Research Interest
Xiao-Ping is currently Senior Director of Biologics Drug Substance Development at Celgene. She has established internal capabilities for cell line, upstream and purification process development, has managed multiple collaboration programs, and selected and managed CDMO activities.
