Biography
Mr. Chadwick was elected to our Board of Directors in April 2016. He was most recently Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of VMware, Inc., a virtualization and cloud infrastructure solutions company, prior to his departure in February 2016 to expand his advisory roles with other companies.
