Most recently she was Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Finning International, Inc. (the world’s largest Caterpillar dealer) with global responsibility for human resources, talent development and communications. She previously held senior executive roles at Aviva, the multinational insurance company, as Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Executive Vice President Strategy and Corporate Development.
