Thompson & Capper Ltd is a full service, MHRA approved, contract manufacturer supplying the key nutritional brands in the UK and Europe. My role as Deputy MD is to work with the operations and commercial teams in the business to meet our customer expectations as well as overseeing all of the financial and compliance aspects of the business.enjoy contributing and influencing the development of an entrepreneurial business and the challenge associated with delivering business growth in a sustainable manner. I also enjoy leading the team and sharing my enthusiasm for delivering operating profit targets and excellence in customer service.
