Biography

I head up the Commercial Team at DPH&B with overall responsibility for existing clients and new business. A specific part of my role is the development and management of the Que Bella Beauty own brand that the business sells exclusively through a US retailer. I am joint site-lead alongside our Operations Director and together we manage all aspects of the Lancashire based business.   Whilst Design Plus forms part of Laleham Health & Beauty under the DCC Health & Beauty umbrella we operate autonomously, with guidance where it has proven to be helpful. I lead the strategy of the business and work collaboratively with my partner on site to ensure we’re equipped to handle all aspects of a client’s demands. The most enjoyable part of the role is seeing a positive team thrive around me in a stable, well invested environment.
