Biography
Hannaway is a barrister-at-law specialising in employment law. He held senior personnel positions with ICL and GE. He spent fifteen years with the IMI both as a member of faculty and as a Director responsible for the commercial development. He has an MSc in Management Practices from TCD.In 2001, he set up SHRC Limited as a HR consultancy with ten staff long-term strategic alliance with the Health Management Institute. He is a member of the Board of Governors of St Vincent’s Hospital Fairview and he chairs the Board of a leading retail organisation. He co-wrote Management Skills Book, published in six languages. His most recent book is Managing With Impact.Mr Hannaway is a member of the Performance and Succession Committee.
