Biography
David Kennedy is an elected member of Kilkenny County Council from Ballyvool, Inistioge, Co. Kilkenny. He is married to Angela and they have two children - Jack and Ryan. David got involved with Enable Ireland when his son Ryan was diagnosed with mild Cerebral Palsy and began receiving services at the O' Neill Centre in Kilkenny. David believes that without the services that his son is receiving from Enable Ireland, he would not be where he is today, ready to start main stream schooling.
