Biography
Kyle Matthews was named vice president of Human Resources in October 2014. Mr. Matthews brings more than 20 years of extensive leadership experience in human resources to FMC. He recently served as senior vice president of human resources for Coriant, a global technology company operating in the telecommunications industry formerly part of Nokia Siemens Networks. In that capacity Kyle led several strategic human resources initiatives in addition to human resource management. Additionally, as Coriant’s assistant general counsel, Mr. Matthews was responsible for enterprise governance, litigation, employment law, compliance, ethics and social responsibility. Earlier in his career, Kyle was a deputy general counsel and vice president of Employment and Labor Relations with Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Corporation and was an attorney in private practice in the San Francisco Bay area. Mr. Matthews earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Juris Doctor degree from Brigham Young University.
