Claire works as Head of Recruitment Operations (Northern Ireland) and as Regional Director for Northern Ireland.  She is responsible for strategic development and growth of the branch network in Northern Ireland.  She has over 14 year‘s experience in the recruitment industry; helping businesses develop customer-oriented, high performance cultures with an emphasis on productivity and efficiency.  She previously worked at Staffline Recruitment Group and Access Recruitment.
