Sharon is responsible for the delivery of outsourced recruitment. She leads a specialised team consisting of an Account Manager, Senior HR Advisors, HR Advisors, an Occupational Psychologist and Talent Sourcers  who work in partnership with key stakeholders to understand requirements and fill resourcing positions.  She has over 11 years' experience in HR Management in both public and private organisations.
