Biography
Didier Teirlinck serves as a strategic advisor to the CEO on Ingersoll Rand’s growth strategies, plans and climate initiatives, having announced his retirement in 2018. Didier also serves as the senior sponsor for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) to leverage regional support functions, talent and common processes for the success of Ingersoll Rand as a whole. Didier joined Ingersoll Rand in 2005 as the president of Climate Control for Europe, and became president of the Climate Solutions sector in 2009. In 2014, he was named executive vice president of the Ingersoll Rand’s Climate segment, overseeing the Climate businesses around the world.
