Evan Turtz was elected secretary of Ingersoll Rand in October 2013. He also serves as the company’s vice president and deputy general counsel for the Industrial Segment. Prior to being appointed deputy general counsel in 2008, Evan was assistant general counsel for the company. Evan joined Ingersoll Rand in 2004. Before joining Ingersoll Rand, he was an attorney at the law firm, McCarter & English, LLP in Newark, NJ. Evan received a bachelor of science degree from University of Massachusetts at Amherst (1990), and a government certificate from the London School of Economics and Political Science (1989). He also earned a juris doctor degree from Washington University School of Law (St. Louis, 1993).
