Biography
Maria Blase is President of the HVAC and Transport Latin America business of Ingersoll Rand. In her role, Maria has full responsibility for the strategy, operations and performance of the Trane and Thermo King businesses in Latin America. Trane and Thermo King work together to enhance the quality and comfort of air in homes and buildings as well as the transportation and protection of food and perishables – in the most efficient ways. During the last four years as president, Maria has created strong teamwork, empowered the business to take care of the customer, improved operational efficiencies, and created a winning culture through talent development and data-driven analytics to deliver on our mission. Maria is an advocate and leader in Ingersoll Rand’s climate commitment efforts to decrease greenhouse gas emissions and improve efficiency within transport refrigeration around the world
