Gary Haire

Biography

Mr. Gary J. Haire has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Integer Holdings Corporation since May 02, 2017. Mr. Haire has been the Chief Financial Officer of Rexel Holdings USA Corp. since September 2014 and serves as its Vice President. Prior to joining Rexel, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of FloWorks International, LLC since January 10, 2013 and served as its Executive Vice President. He have responsibility for Shale-Inlands' Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury and IT functions. Mr. Haire served as Global Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Tyco Valves and Controls (now Pentair) at Tyco International. Previously, Mr. Haire served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Tyco Thermal Controls and the Americas Region of Tyco Valves and Controls. Prior to joining Tyco, Mr. Haire served in progressively more responsible finance assignments with Del Monte Foods (formerly HJ Heinz) and worked with KPMG prior to initiating his corporate career. He has nearly 25 years of financial and operational experience as well as process improvement in both public and private companies. He also has significant experience in the manufacturing and distribution industries. Mr. Haire holds a BS degree in business with a major in accounting from Youngstown State University and an MBA from Duquesne University.
