Biography
Sebi holds a postgraduate diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI and has done his Executive Education from Ross Business School, Michigan and INSEAD, Singapore. He has 23 years of experience in the areas of HRM, Organization Integration, Diversity and Inclusion in leading organizations like Coats Viyella, Citibank, Ness Global Services Limited and Thomson Reuters. Prior to joining Syngene in 2017, Sebi has worked with Strides Shasun as a Chief Human Resources Officer where he has worked on integrating inorganic transactions to drive growth.
