Biography
Kenneth W. O’Keefe has served as a member of our board of directors since 2004. Since November 2015, he has been Chief Executive Officer of Beecken Petty O’Keefe & Company, a private equity firm, which he co-founded. From 2011 to November 2015, he was Managing Partner, and from 1997 to 2011, he was Managing Director of Beecken Petty O’Keefe & Company. He serves on the boards of several privately-held healthcare companies. He received a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
