Biography
Natalie A. Black has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Kohler Co., Kohler, Wisconsin (manufacturer and marketer of plumbing products, power systems and furniture) since 2001. Ms. Black served as the President of Baker Knapp & Tubbs, Inc. She has also served as General Counsel since 1991, was Group President from 1998 to 2001, was Group Vice President - Interiors from 1986 to 1998 and served as a Vice President from 1983 to 1986 for Kohler Co. She serves as Vice Chairman of Marquette University. She has been an Independent Director of Johnson Controls International plc (formerly, Johnson Controls Inc.) since 1998. She serves as a Trustee of Medical College Of Wisconsin. Ms. Black did a program in management development from Harvard Business School. She holds Bachelors Degree in economics and mathematics from Stanford University. She holds a law degree from Marquette University Law School.
