Biography
Alan is a partner in our Deal Advisory practice and Chairs the Banking Group of KPMG Ireland. During his 30 years professional experience he has advised both private and public clients on a broad range of issues; company set up, carve out transactions, valuations, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, restructuring and liquidations. He has extensive international corporate finance and due diligence experience and has executed corporate transactions in 40 countries. He has spent 15 years overseas working for KPMG and was based in South Africa and Luxembourg.
