Biography
Brian advises a wide range of clients, both domestic and international, on cross border mergers and acquisitions, aviation financing, leasing, banking, structured finance and tax-based fundraising. He has particular experience in advising on international financing and leasing structures and the operation of tax treaties. He has significant experience of leading large multi-country teams in delivering tax advice to his clients, including leading international tax teams on large scale mergers and acquisitions transactions.
